I provide broad expertise in operational management. This is based on over 20 years of experience in various industries like automotive, railways or pharmaceutical industries. Paired with a highly qualified education in various disciplines of industrial management and strategic management I have the capability to deliver results in critical and complex projects.
I have operated in all area of business and I am capable of driving business improvement and turnaround initiatives across the end-to-end value chain. I have conducted global projects of different complexity along the entire supply chain. For example, the construction of a greenfield plant in China, or the capacity expansion of different manufacturing locations in Austria, Hungary or France. With my lean expertise, I support companies in their lean implementations and lead these projects, conduct workshops and train various lean methods.
My focus area is footprint optimisation, outsourcing, supplier management and sales & operations planning. I`m well versed in deploying process optimisation tools to align and enhance the processes by analysing the current state and implement the required changes by using a structured project management approach.

- Design and build a greenfield plant in China for pharmaceutical logistic solution and primary packaging. Establish a cleanroom and the machinery, define the domestic and foreign supply chain and qualify the suppliers. QMS implementation until qualification by the authorities in China. Start up management of the plant for further 3 Years.
- Turnaround project of an automotiv tier 2 supplier plant in Hungary. Improve the quality, optimize the manufacturing and administration processes, reduce the working capital and reduce the overall lead time. Results e.g. productivity plus 25%, sustainable otd 99%, reduction of customer claims -85%.
- Implementation of a holistic operational excellence system in the railway industry. Development of the policy deployment and conducts the site continuous plan. Train lean methods in all areas. Moderate workshops and coaching of team leader and middle management. Implementation of 5S and shopfloor management. Conduct value stream projects in production and administration. Reporting the business KPI`s to the HQ.
